Mauiterranean Style – Grilled Fish tomato-caper relish, basil beurre blanc,  balsamic syrup. Served with grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potato.

Roasted Riviera Style – roasted with tomatoes, onion, garlic, and peppers. Served with salsa verde, house vegetables and basmati pilaf.

Classic Style – sautéed with lemon caper butter sauce and shrimp. Accompanied with white truffle mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.
