Select one of the following preparations with your choice of fish:

House Style – Mexican blackened fish with cumin-oregano burre blanc, avocado pico de gallo, house vegetables and rice pilaf

Mauiterranean Grilled Fish – tomato-caper relish, basil beurre blanc, balsamic syrup. Served with grilled vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes

Roasted Riviera Style – roasted with tomatoes, onion, garlic, and peppers. Served with salsa verde, house vegetables and jasmine pilaf

Classic – sautéed with lemon caper butter sauce and shrimp. Accompanied with white truffle mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus
