Chef/owner Eric Arbogast, a veteran of several popular Maui kitchens, brought the best recipes from each under one roof. His menu mingles Latin and Pacific Rim flavors with surprisingly cohesive results.
Start with a salad, the award winning Spicy Tuna Nachos,  or choose from our several other starters. Our delectable Entrees include: Fresh Hawaiian Fish of the Day, with your choice of four different preparations; Roasted Chicken Breast stuffed with green chilies, ham, and pepper jack cheese; Marinated Pork..and many more.Cuatro Restaurant is a place for everyone. It is a restaurant that is fun for tourists, a good value for families, and a great place for locals. Off the beach or out of the hotel room, it doesn’t really matter. Eric Arbogast graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco before moving to Hawaii in 1990.
